Dear Mum and Dad

    We're having a wonderful time in Australia. There is so much to see that it is impossible for me to tell you everything. During past three days, we've travelled a lot around Sydney. We went to the zoo, on where we saw many animals that can only be found in Australia. We spent some time relaxing in the sunshine at the beach, but we went to Pitt Street and wander around for a bit while we did some shopping. Though I would like to spend more time here, the locally guide told us that we will fly to Cairns tomorrow. It's said that word cannot describe the beauty of the ocean near Cairns. Now everybody is busy packed so that we will not lose time when we set off. This time tomorrow we will be enjoying the ocean near Cairns. I can't wait!

    I think the books will be quite different from that they are now. First of all, they will look like the pads today, but their sizes will be changeable, too. Secondly, their colors will change depend on how the surroundings change, which will be good for eye what's more, they will be very much more practical. For example, if you met a question when reading, you can immediate get an answer by “talking” with the book. In word, I think books in the future will be more useful and interested.

   I'll never to forget my favorite teacher from second grade, Miss Wang. I loved her so much I wanted to become a teacher just like him one day. At home I would make my own classroom for which I would teach my dolls. I believed that teach students would give me lots of fun. As the result, I really did become a public-school teacher. I taught elementary school（小学）at first. Although I had a degree in education, I found I wasn't total prepared for teaching —the job was much hard than I thought. It's difficult to teach students of different level well.

    This summer, I attended a journalism-themed summer camp, where I learn a lot.

    I was deeply impressed by the interviews carrying out in the streets. In the beginning, I wasn't used to talk to strangers. But under the help of my teammates, I was able to communicate smooth with them. Then we were noticed most of the answers that we got were brief. Before we discussed the problem, my teammates and I realized that it was because the questions weren't open-ended enough. So we changed their questions and our interviewees were more willing to share with us their ideas in end.

    From this experience, I've gained several skill for interviewing people as a journalist.

    Last Friday, I was standing near a subway exit, tried to call a taxi. But no luck. Then I thought of the taxi-booking app my friend had recommended and I booked a taxi through his cellphone. Soon it came, and I stepped in, feeling pretty proudly of my high-tech way and satisfied with the convenience brought by the app. So later, I was upset to find that the driver was busy looking his cellphone to get the next order. It was just then when I began to worry about my safety. What's bad, the driver's informations might be unreliable. How can we passengers' legal rights be protecting if something bad happens? So be careful when you use the taxi-booking app the next time.
