Just forget smartphones and smart glasses. One day, we might have smart tattoos. The company Newdealdesign came up with an idea for a product called UnderSkin. This device would look like a pair of tattoos on your hand, but it would in fact be a very thin computer implanted just below your skin. It would draw power from the energy of your body, and you could use it to open doors, monitor your health, exchange and store information, or even express your personality. UnderSkin is just an idea, but the technology will make it work. "We expect it is about five years from being real," says designer Gadi Amit.

The company Intel is working on technology that would let you control your devices like computers and TVs with your brain. Dean Pomerleau, one of the researchers, explains, "We're trying to show that you can do interesting things with brain waves. Imagine being able to surf the Internet with the power of your thoughts."

Do you think implanted chips sound terrible or cool? Some doctors are afraid that people may hurt themselves with devices implanted. They argue that medical operations are meant to save sick people and not to give healthy people special powers. Others worry about hacking and privacy.     The Father's Day is a day for fathers. The idea for the Father's Day (start) in 1909. A woman named Sonora Dodd thought about (have) a Father's Day while she was listening to Mother's Day speech at church. She wanted to g her father, William Smart, a special day.

    One fresh sunny day, while I was swimming in the water, I felt something special going through my gills(鳃).It was a different kind of water. I also found many of my friends became sick. Some of them were dying. I was starting to worry because I didn't want to get sick or die. I was also thinking about what I should do to save my friends, so I decided to do some research for my underwater life.

    My research started. At first, I noticed there were many bottles, cans and other kinds of rubbish in the water. Then I went on… I got closer and then I tasted many different kinds of liquid(液体).(A)To my surprise, I noticed a man pouring some liquid into the water. Others also saw him doing so and they decided to follow him. I hated it! I wish I could have told them that it was killing us!
