Food is very important (重要的) because it can make us strong and healthy. We have three meals every day. The most important meal is breakfast. In China, we usually have rice or noodles for breakfast. We can eat a lot at noon (中午), but we shouldn't eat too much in the evening. We must eat all kinds of food, such as fish, chicken, eggs, vegetables and fruits. Some people like foreign (外国的) food, like KFC or pizza. But so many foreigners like Chinese food now. There are a lot of Chinese restaurants (餐馆) in foreign countries.
Mr. Black is tall and strong. He always plays sports, because it's good for his health. He never goes to work by car. He rides a bike to work every day. He goes to the gym (健身房) every week. He goes there on Monday, sometimes on Tuesday. He usually exercises in the gym.
He also likes outdoor sports. Swimming is his favorite sport. He usually goes swimming on Sunday. He likes to swim in the swimming pool, because it's near his house. Playing basketball is also fun. He usually plays in the park on the weekend. Sometimes he runs in the park, too. Sports make him healthy.
