A wise man was visiting a village with his students. He found a group of family members shouting in anger at each other. He turned to his students and asked, "Why do people shout in anger at each other?"
His students thought for a while, and one of them said, "Because when we lose our calm, we shout."
"But, why should you shout when the other person is just next to you? You can just as well tell him you have to say in a soft manner," said the wise man.
Students gave some other answers but none were very good.
"When two people are angry at each other, their hearts become distanced," the wise man explained. "To cover that distance, they must shout to be able to hear each other. The angrier they are, the louder they will have to shout to hear each other and cover that great distance."
The wise man then gave an example, "What happens when two people fall in love? They don't roar at each other but talk softly because their hearts are very close. When they love each other even more, what happens? They don't need to talk. They only look at each other and that's all. That is how close two people are when they love each other."
He looked at his students and said, "So when you argue, do not let your hearts get distant. Do not say words that distance you from others. Otherwise, there will come a day when the distance is so great that you will not find the path to return."
One of the easiest ways to stop the spread of disease is to simply wash your hands. Twenty seconds of hand washing with soap and water can reduce illnesses and save lives. But, many people, especially children, do not have good hand washing habits. One problem is that children do not wash their hands often enough or long enough. Children may think that it is a tiring thing to do.
To help handle this problem, two businesswomen from India created a product to turn hand washing into a fun activity. Amanat Anand and Shubham Issar created a tool called SoaPen, aimed at teaching kids good hand washing habits and encouraging kids to wash their hands with soap properly and regularly.
As the name suggests, SoaPen is a pen made out of soap. The children draw on their hands with the soap pen and then wash the drawing off. If they don't spend enough time washing it off, the colors will remain on the children's hands Issar said it makes sure that children take enough time to wash their hands. This may be especially helpful in a classroom. Often a teacher does not have the time to make each child wash his hands properly.
Kids actually wash their hands for the proper amount of time because they're a drawing on their hands. To obliterate the drawing, they wash their hands carefully instead of just going under water with a one-second wash and off. Issar and Anand stated that SoaPen to be created everywhere will help develop good habits through hand washing in the city across the globe.
Because of the high price of housing, many of us are living in smaller spaces than we'd like. However, living in small spaces is not that bad. It has some advantages.
It can take thousands of dollars to make a large space look better. Small spaces, however, make decorating simpler and more affordable. Instead of many pieces of large, expensive furniture, you only need a few to make your style. You'll have plenty of money left for other things.
They're easier to clean. This must be one of your favorite things about living in a small space. The bigger the space is, the longer it takes to tidy up. That's why small spaces are welcomed by those who like being surrounded by cleanliness and don't want to spend much time and energy in keeping them that way.
It takes a lot to pay for heating, cooling and electricity, which can also cost much energy. When you compare the electricity bill of someone living in 500 square feet with that of someone living in 3, 000 square feet. the difference can be great, We use less energy and produce less waste when we live in small spaces.
They're easier to show your own style. Have you ever walked into a large home that feels more like a museum than the small home of someone you know? It's usually not the most familiar or welcoming atmosphere. Actually, you want your home to show your personal style.
A. They're cheaper to decorate.
B. No one wants to spend hours just cleaning.
C. So it also does good to our beloved Mother Nature.
D. They're money-saving and environmentally friendly.
E. It is much easier to decorate a small home in your own style.
A few weeks ago, a friend wrote to me. He felt1at the time. He ended his letter by asking this question "We can't really change this world we live in, can we? "I replied to him and started my own letter2these words Yes, we most certainly can!"
I can still remember someone3changed my world. She was the music teacher at my elementary school. She was good at4the guitar. However, I didn't know how to play any5.
One day, she let me try playing her guitar. I did my6, but I could only stumble along. I laid my head7and felt upset. "I guess I am not very good at it, "I told her. She8me with her kind eyes, smiled at me and said, "We are all good at9" You need to find out10you are good at. Then you can share it with11world"
These simple words changed me. They12a seed in my mind that continues to grow to today. They made me13that I had something good inside of me. I14had to find it and share it.
Can you change the world? Yes, you can! You can change it through one choice, one person and one kind act at a time. To share your15is all you have to do.

Don't tell anyone!" We often hear it when someone tells a secret to us. But it can be hard to keep a secret. We're often tempted to "spill the beans", even if we regret it later. a secret may become a burden. This is people often have an anxious urge to it with someone. But with secrets so often out, why do people share them? It explains that people often feel that it will help them keep a person as a friend. reason why people share secrets is that guilt keeps it from someone to them. A sense of trust can develop when people who are close do not share it with each other. Is it a good idea only to share secrets with quiet people? A quiet person may be someone who keeps everything inside. To tell a person a secret may cause them stress, and make them talk about the secret. To judge whether to tell someone a secret, you'd better put in their position. Think about you would feel to be that you mustn't give the information away.
