Nowadays, Chinese traditional costumes (服装) are very popular. Zhao Yonghui, who is in her {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (forty), is a Shanghai full-time mother. Over the past several years, she {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (make) a lot of traditional costumes for her daughter. 

{#blank#}3{#/blank#} idea of making traditional costumes was born in 2018 when her daughter needed one for a school event. Zhao was unsatisfied with the costumes sold online. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} she had experience in making clothes, she came up with the idea of designing and making the costume by herself. 

 "My daughter and her classmates liked the first homemade costume very much and other children even wanted their mothers to learn how to make one {#blank#}5{#/blank#} them. My daughter also felt very {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (pride) after receiving praise for wearing the clothes made by her mum," said Zhao. 

Encouraged by her daughter, Zhao bought books, visited a clothing museum, watched videos, and even asked professions (专业人士) for {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (suggest) on how to make more professional-looking costumes. Today, she can make nearly any type of Chinese traditional costume, {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (include) Hanfu dresses, cheongsams, and a coat skirt from the late Qing Dynasty (1644—1911). 

Her talent has also attracted people {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (learn) costume-making from her. Her students are {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (most) mothers and their children. "Teaching others makes me as happy as making these costumes by myself. " said Zhao. 

As a student, you must have met different kinds of teachers. Do you like them? Do you {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (确切地) understand them? Here are my opinions about my three teachers.

Ms. Li is my English teacher. To begin with, I was poor in English and often made mistakes in g{#blank#}2{#/blank#}. Now, I have improved a lot because she always asks me to take n{#blank#}3{#/blank#} in class and explains difficult points to me clearly. She {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (避免) making us feel silly. I've always hated making mistakes or worrying about my reading speed, but Ms. Li just smiles, so that I don't feel that silly!

Ms. Chen is very serious and strict. In her class, we don't {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (敢于) to say a word if she doesn't ask us to. Some of our classmates don't like her because she seldom {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (赞扬) us. But I don't think so, I really a{#blank#}7{#/blank#} her because her teaching is so well-organized and clear. Thanks to Ms. Chen, I got more {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (机会) to take part in the math competitions.

Mr. Wu is very popular. He likes playing{#blank#}9{#/blank#} (悦耳的) music in his class. You can't imagine what a great teacher he is! He's really understanding and funny. When he thinks we're getting bored, he will ask us to sit {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (在……旁边) him and tell jokes to make us active again. We really respect him a lot.
