It is very    {#blank#}1{#/blank#} to deal with the rubbish in cities. This is because rubbish not only pollutes the environment but also does harm to people's   {#blank#}2{#/blank#} . We are trying to find some ways of dealing with the rubbish. First, the rubbish can be divided into different kinds. Newspaper and glass can be  {#blank#}3{#/blank#} . Used tins can be made into beautiful handicrafts（手工艺品）. Polluted water is a big {#blank#}4{#/blank#} . It must be dealt with properly before we let it flow into the river. Some harmful rubbish can be buried（埋）so that it will cause {#blank#}5{#/blank#} pollution.

    In my {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (看法)，helping others is helping ourselves. This story tellsus the truth.

    One day, a {#blank#}2{#/blank#} （口渴的）bee went to a river to drink. As he was drinking, suddenly the beewas carried away by the running water in the {#blank#}3{#/blank#} （小溪）. He tried his best to swim towards the bank of the river, but {#blank#}4{#/blank#} （失败）. His life hung by a single thread. Just at that time, a kind birdflew over. Seeing that the bee was in great {#blank#}5{#/blank#} （困境）, the bird picked a leaf off the tree and threw it into the river.The bee climbed onto the leaf and it was {#blank#}6{#/blank#} （带来）safely to the land. He was so thankful to the bird for saving hislife.

Not long after that, the bird was sitting onthe branch of a tree. He didn't know that not far from him, a man raised hisgun and was about to shoot at {#blank#}7{#/blank#} （他）. However, it happened that the bee saw that. He {#blank#}8{#/blank#} （意识到） what the situation was like . As quickly as he could, he flewinto the man's {#blank#}9{#/blank#} （眼睛）and stung him. The pain in his eyes was so great that the man hadto give up shooting at the bird.

    In this way, the bee, whose life had been saved by the bird, was {#blank#}10{#/blank#} （能） to save the life of the bird.

China has the largest population in the world. The large population has caused many {#blank#}1{#/blank#} /′səʊʃl/ problems for the whole nation. For example, there is {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (little) living space for each family. And it is not easy {#blank#}3{#/blank#} find jobs. It's also hard for China to {#blank#}4{#/blank#}/sə′plaɪ/ energy and water to satisfy people's daily needs. Most cities are more crowded {#blank#}5{#/blank#} before, and the traffic is much heavier. {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (nature) environments are becoming {#blank#}7{#/blank#}/wɜ:s/. China has taken many measures to control the population. And the measures have worked well in it. {#blank#}8{#/blank#}, our government still faces a serious population problem. So we have a long way to go.

    July is coming. People all around the world are talking about their {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (vacation). Parents would like {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (help) their children relax. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (luck), they have two months off. Some people enjoy quiet life, so many of {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (they) stay at home watching TV, using computers and so on. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} some spend time differently. My pen pal Tony {#blank#}6{#/blank#} blonde hair is a boy from the US. He says that {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (America) like going to the countryside. Just like his big family, they often go to a farm. There, some can feed animals, some can play and {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (other) can watch {#blank#}9{#/blank#} nice sky and rivers. They can also taste delicious food. They are quite {#blank#}10{#/blank#}  (interest) in the life there.

    With the development of our country, our life has improved greatly. But, unluckily traffic safety (交通安全) is becoming {#blank#}1{#/blank#} serious problem, such as crowded roads {#blank#}2{#/blank#}car accidents. Traffic safety is very important, so we must {#blank#}3{#/blank#}the rules. For example, we must walk on sidewalks(人行道). When we cross zebra—crossing (斑马线), look right and {#blank#}4{#/blank#}, and go across as fast as {#blank#}5{#/blank#}. We should tell our parents not to {#blank#}6{#/blank#} wine (酒) before they drive and not to talk on phone while driving. As a student, we shouldn't {#blank#}7{#/blank#} football on the road or cross the road when the light is{#blank#}8{#/blank#}. Cars are becoming more and more important {#blank#}9{#/blank#} our life. Only when everybody {#blank#}10{#/blank#} about traffic safety, we can drive and walk safely.
