    It is interested to visit another country, but sometimes there are some problem when we don't know the language very well.     Last week, my teacher told us about our school's speech contest, which topic was “my hero”. I thought of my grandpa would be my perfect topic. Then I carefully prepared for contest. A couple of weeks later, after the first round I was choosing to be one of the seven finalists! The final was held soon. I was the sixth to giving the speech. After I finished it, I saw the audience discussing and wondering what they were saying. After the last person finished, the judge made their final decisions and announced that I have won the first prize. The audience were going wildly, clapping and cheering! I was extremely happy.     My sister saw a lovely cup when we were shopping the another day. She began to like it at once. Then she bent down and picked it down to look at the price on them. I had a interesting dream last night. I dreamed that I took part in a race. At first, I could not to run very fast and fell behind. So I didn't lose heart and kept running.     I used to delay things until deadlines, that caused me much trouble. Therefore, I thought of some ways to get rid the bad habit. First, I took a shower right after I got home from school. It refreshed me but made my thoughts more active. Furthermore, in order to avoid being continual disturbed by my cellphone, I left them with my parents. The final strategy I use was scheduling. I managed to planning my days ahead of time so that I could break up my tasks rather than having too many work to do on the last day. By using these simple technique, I've improved my efficiency and made a good use of my time.
