    As we all know, everyone have a dream. I have dreamed of being a doctor since I enter the primary school. With modern life go rapidly nowadays, many people suffer from different kind of diseases, both mentally and physically. As a result, doctors are in great need at home and abroad.     My dad is an enthusiastic runner. Influencing by him, I was very sporty before the age of 15. Therefore, after I went to high school, I stopped to taking physical exercise because of my busy schoolwork. One morning, I ran for only one minute to catch a bus, but I was quite out breath. This made me realizing that I was overweight. Then I made a decision which I would take up a sport to help myself get in shape again. A friend of me recommended(推荐) a swimming pool not far away from my house. Now I go swimming several times one week and have started to feel the benefit of regularly exercise. Swimming makes me relaxed and energy.

    Smart-phone apps certainly make our life easier. And now, it look like they could even do our homework for us. Recent years have seen the release of a variety of study aid apps aimed at student. Most of these apps allow users take a photo of our schoolwork and the correct answers will just appear on their smart-phones. Although they are conveniently, these apps present problems to both parents but teachers. Most students just copy the answers from the app, while only a few use the app to study. Better still, some students even use the study aid apps as social networks. But, this isn't to say that study aid apps should be completely banned. Parents and teachers should give necessary guidance to help students take the advantage of the study aid apps' strengths and avoiding their weaknesses.

    Mistakes are unavoidable in life. But attitudes towards it may make a difference.

    I still remember how my spoken English was improved. In a beginning, I always kept silent in our oral class to avoid make mistakes. Before long my teacher got to know about my situation. He encouraged me to speak out that I thought. Whenever I made mistakes and felt discouraging, my teacher and my classmates would help me figure out how I could have avoided them. I also joined in an English club to get more chances to speak. Practice made perfect. Now I can talk fluent in English.

    Just as the saying goes, “Every bean has its black.” Don't afraid of making mistakes. Learn from mistakes, or success is just waiting for us.

    They are the sort of friend who are so close they trust each other with their lives. If one falls, the other is there catch him.

    One is Wellman, his legs were permanently injured nine years before in a rock-climbing accident. The other is Corbett. He is a experienced rock climber. Together with, they climbed up Half Dome，the famous 2,000-foot rock in the Yosemite National Park.

    However, their climb of Half Dome is not all smooth. At one point, pieces of rock gave way, but Corbett dropped down quickly. Wellman locked their rope in place, stopping the fall at 20 feet. Her quick action probably saved his friend life.
