The Earth Needs a Helping Hand

    In most scientists'（观点）, the earth is getting warmer and warmer because of people's activities. We should find some（有用的）ways to protect it. Here are two ideas. （几乎）each of us may have a try.

    Go to school by bike

    Do you go to school by bus or by bike? Many people have（意识到）that buses, cars, trains and planes produce a lot of CO₂. If your home is（在……旁边）your school, why not go to school by bike on spring mornings? Or you can（的确，实在）walk to school to save energy. If you ride a bike, you are doing something for the earth, in other words, it is for （我们自己）!

    Wash in a green way

    Do you often help mom and dad wash clothes? （无论什么）you wash, use the cold water to save energy, but not in hot water. Try to wash them by hand instead of any（工具）, like the washing machines. While they're clean, dry your clothes in a （自然的）way—by hanging them on a line in the sun.
