    Last Sunday, some of my classmates and I went to the West Lake for fun. I noticed an old dustman collecting rubbish throw about by visitors. He was obviously having great difficulty collect some small items, especially cigarette butts. An idea was occurred to me. Why not help him collect rubbish? Much of their joy, all my classmates agreed and were willing help. So we work hard together with the dustman and collected lots of rubbish. Then we parted but waved farewell to the thankful dustman. Tiredly as I was, I felt very happy. I truly believe we'll have an harmonious society if everybody takes action. How a fine deed!

    A few years ago, some tourists pay no attention to environmental protection．They threw waste things about, like plastic bags, fruit skins and waste papers．Sometimes they broke trees, picked up flowers and killed birds; some even made fires in the woods to cook for picnics．What dangerous it was ! Fortunate, great changes have been taken places here．All the tourists have got used to put their rubbish into dustbins．But they are making great efforts to protect birds and plants as well .They bring our own meals prevent any accidental fire．All these should be appreciated.

    Life is full of various experiences, some of them are unforgettable. I still remember the hiking experiences with my classmates for 16 km a year later. That summer day, we set off early in the morning, think it would be great fun to walk for so long a distance. However, with the weather is getting hotter and hotter, I found their legs heavier and heavier. What's worse, my feet began bleeding because long time pressing against the shoes. At one point, I even wanted to give up. But I managed to drag the rest of the way to the destination. Though not pleased, this journey was impressive or rewarding, I have learnt that life is a long journey like this. No matter what happened, we should never give up.

    My sister saw a lovely cup when we are shopping the other day. She liked it at first sight. Then she bent down and picked up to look at a price on it. As she did this, lots of tea splashed on his T-shirt! I had to try hardly not to laugh at her shocking face! She was about to get out of the shop when a shop assistant came over to us. She explained that it was her own cup, that she'd left on the shelf by mistakes. The assistant was clearly as embarrassed as my sister, for I just thought of it was funny!

    Last winter, the smog occurred a lot of time, it brought much inconvenience to our daily life or did great harm to our health. Many traffic accidents had happened just because of the heavy smog weather. In addition, quite a lot of flights had to put off and a great number of people stayed at home to keep them away from the harmful air. Some people suffered of bad coughs, sore throats and other serious diseases cause by the smog. I think whomever lives on the earth should try to play the part in the environmental protection. I support the idea that we can try to drive more and buy environmentally friendly products to improve the air quality.
