    When people use words and expressions different with the “standard language”, it is called an dialect. American English has many dialects. Geography also plays a part in make dialects. Some people which live in the mountains of the eastern USA speak with an older kind of English dialects. When Americans move from one place to another, they took their dialects with them. Although many Americans move a lot of, they still recognize and understand each other's dialects.

    In the summer holiday, we travelled to Qingdao and pay a visit to my uncle there. It was a long and tired journey. But the moment when I arrived, I fell in love with the city.     I really wanted to cook when I was four. My dad, however, thinks I was too young to learn cooking. For many years, he only allowed me observe him cook. All I did was watch him in the kitchen. Sometimes, he would not let me give a hand. I really enjoyed stay in the kitchen. Besides, there were also not good kitchen moment. There was a time when the fire became really bigger and I was scared by them greatly. It took about a year of me to overcome my fear of fire. One day, my dad permitted me to start cooking on my own final. You couldn't imagine how happy I was.
