We have a lot of trouble in our life, but we have to face them. When you are feeling unhappy or forget how great you are, there are six ways to make you{#blank#}1{#/blank#} good about yourself.

    (1)Look in the mirror (镜子) and say to{#blank#}2{#/blank#} ,“I'm a special person and there's no one in the world{#blank#}3{#/blank#} me. I can do anything!” It may not{#blank#}4{#/blank#} so good, but it really works!

    (2)Do something {#blank#}5{#/blank#}for someone. {#blank#}6{#/blank#}others always makes you feel good.

    (3)Smile! Be{#blank#}7{#/blank#} to people you meet. Look for the good things in your friends and family.

    (4)Learn something new! Have you always wanted to decorate your own room or learn{#blank#}8{#/blank#} to swim? Go for it! New challenges (挑战) are fun and give you a sense of accomplishment when you have finished.

    (5)Read and start a diary. Turn off the TV and let your imagination(想象) fly! If you have any thoughts, dreams or anything you want, {#blank#}9{#/blank#}them down! Writing always helps to express your feelings.

    (6)Stay with your family. We all {#blank#}10{#/blank#} our family time. Talk with your Mum and Dad or maybe even your cousin.

    At the moment, there are no hotels on the Moon. But all this will change(改变).{#blank#}2{#/blank#}we can solve some problems, we will be able to build hotels there in the{#blank#}3{#/blank#}. The Moon is very cold, so the hotels will have to be{#blank#}4{#/blank#}.They will also need a large amount(大量的) of air{#blank#}5{#/blank#}that people there can breathe(呼吸).

    The hotels on the Moon will have rooms{#blank#}6{#/blank#}big windows so that(以便于) you can see the Earth. You will be{#blank#}7{#/blank#}to swim in the hotel{#blank#}8{#/blank#}pool and see all the stars around you. But you shouldn't{#blank#}9{#/blank#}too excited. A trip to the Moon will cost(花费){#blank#}10{#/blank#}money.

    March 9 was a special day for our school. The weather was {#blank#}1{#/blank#} and sunny. A group of 40 American headmasters visited our school. I got up very {#blank#}2{#/blank#} in the morning. I was one of the student guides on that day. I was excited about this. We showed the headmasters around and told {#blank#}3{#/blank#} about the history of our school. We also introduced our school's {#blank#}4{#/blank#}. They include a Beijing Opera club, a Chinese handwriting club and a Chinese painting club. They were very interested {#blank#}5{#/blank#}our clubs. They learned some Beijing Opera skills and tried to write with our Chinese brushes. But their two-hour visit soon came to an end. It was such an interesting spring day.

    Yesterday was Mr Smith's birthday. A party{#blank#}1{#/blank#}in his house. Many friends{#blank#}2{#/blank#}to attend the party. Mr Smith{#blank#}3{#/blank#}a lot of cards and presents. Among them there was a big cake. It{#blank#}4{#/blank#}by his wife. He felt he was the happiest man in the world.

     English breakfast is a very big meal—eggs,{#blank#}1{#/blank#}, tea and coffee. For many people, lunch is a quick meal. In cities there are a lot of sandwich bars, where office workers can buy the kind of bread they want—brown,{#blank#}2{#/blank#}, or a roll—and then all kinds of salad and meat or fish to go in the sandwich. School children can have a{#blank#}3{#/blank#}meal at school. But many just take a sandwich, a drink and some fruit from home. "Tea" means two things. It is a{#blank#}4{#/blank#}and a meal! Some people have afternoon tea, with sandwiches, cakes with{#blank#}5{#/blank#}and a cup of tea. They usually have the evening meal quite{#blank#}6{#/blank#}, between 6:00 and 8:00, and a cup often all the family together.

     On Sundays, many families have traditional lunch. They have chicken，pork and{#blank#}7{#/blank#}with potatoes. The English like food from other countries, especially France, China, Italy and India. People often get take-away food. They buy the food{#blank#}8{#/blank#}and then bring it home to eat.
