    My friend Lin Tao was born in Liaoning Province to the northeast of China. He met with a traffic accident when he was younger. As a result, he lost one of his legs.     Last week, we watched an excited basketball match in our school. It is between Grade 1 and Grade 2 students. During a match, the players from all teams played very hard. Grade 2 was a stronger team. However, for our surprise, Grade 1 won at last. The player jumped and hugged to celebrate their success. Just then, the players from the other team that approached and said “Congratulations!” to them. They wore smiles on faces and you couldn't tell from their expressions that they had lost the match. We were touching by the scene and felt what important a role sport plays in daily life.

    Personally, I think honesty education is basic necessity. First of all, course on honesty should be offered to students, and activities like story-telling and lectures are also worth tried.

    With the concept of "being honest" deep rooted in their minds, honesty can be reflected in our daily life and study. Besides, related rules and regulations should be applied for evaluate students in aspects such as homework, tests, and relationships with teachers and parents. Last but not least, we'd like strict measures carrying out to punish those that cheat constantly. As a result, they must take responsibility for their bad habits, thus reducing chances of cheating the next time. If everyone follow these ideas, the world will become better!

    I love running. I started running in 2016, look forward to building up my body. Every weekday I stay actively by running on the track with other student. On weekends, in company by my father, I typically get out to explore the neighborhood in that I live. If the weather is bad, I usually take my advantage of the treadmill(跑步机)at home. The other day I go for a 22-km run. I was very exciting, "Wow, I've been running such long distance, "I will plan to keep increasing the distance over the next few weeks, but I'm sure I will make it.
