Bob is a lovely schoolboy. He likes playing football very much. He often plays football with his classmates after school, but he never goes home too late. He usually gets home between 4:30 and 5:30 in the afternoon. One day he comes back home late, so his mother says, ”You come back home late today, Bob!””Yes, we have got a new teacher. He teaches us Maths,” Bob answers. “How is he?”his mother asks. “I don't know. I think I can't believe him.””Why?”his mother says. “In today's Maths class, one moment he says two and three is five. But the next moment he says one and four is five.” Bob answers.

    The weather in Shanghai is not always good. In winter it is often cold and wet.  In summer it is very hot. Spring is very beautiful. It is not very hot or very cold, but we have a lot of rain in spring. Autumn is the best season. The days are clear and it is sunny and warm all the time.

    The winter in Shanghai is sometimes warmer than that in Beijing.  But in summer it is cooler in Beijing than in Shanghai.

In autumn, the weather is cool and we take off our shorts and T-shirts{#blank#}5{#/blank#}

    Look at the insects. They are small. They are not pink. Some are red, some are yellow and some are blue. They are very nice. In spring, we can see them. They are on the flowers, on the trees and in the park. They can fly in the sky. But they can't swim in the water. Boys and girls like them very much. Do you like them? What are they?

    A man lost a needle (针) in the room. But it was dark in the room and he could not see it. He came out and looked for the needle in the street. A friend of his came up and said, "What are you doing here?" "I am looking for my needle now." "Where did you lose it?" he asked. "I lost it in my room." "You lost your needle in your room, but you look for it in the street. Isn't that funny?" "But it is dark in my room. I can't find it there. Here is bright and I can see it."

    How are you?

    I'm in the UK now. It's hot today. I wear my yellow T-shirt and pretty white skirt. I go to the farm with my mother and sister. It's Uncle John's farm. It's big and nice. We can see many vegetables in the garden. We try some red tomatoes. They are so good. Uncle John has a lot of animals on his farm. My sister loves the horses very much. I love the cows because I love to drink milk.
