We travelled to Zimbabwe not long ago.  Before we started, we'd been warned not just by one person,{#blank#}1{#/blank#}by many people.

    The day we crossed the famous bridge over Victoria Falls to Zimbabwe we {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (greet) by friendly border agents and the border police waved us on our way with a smile. We started to give a second thought to {#blank#}3{#/blank#} warning we'd been given.

    The first day we took the backroads(乡村小道)to Binga, a place that was {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (former)a popular destination for those looking to rent houseboats and go fishing on the lake. The next day we drove on single track roads through remote villages. Villagers would stop and stare as we drove by, as {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (see) tourists in this area was {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (rare) than a blue moon. The road conditions continued to worsen, but the {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(beautiful) of the region grew too. We climbed up and down the mountains and valleys {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(fill) with native birds and wildlife.

    We pulled into Kariba where the lake ends and the Zambezi River continues.{#blank#}9{#/blank#} it is just a small town in Zimbabwe, it brings people a lot. We felt that Zimbabwe had treated {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(we) nicely-it would be hard to leave.

    Wolf Warrior II is putting China in the global spotlight. It's also the first film {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(taste) success both in terms of box office（票房）earnings and promoting Chinese values.

    Since its release on July 27, it{#blank#}2{#/blank#}(earn) an unimaginable 4.5 billion yuan, setting a record for domestic movies at the box office. The film focuses on a rescue operation in Africa{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(lead) by former special forces soldier Leng Feng — played by Wu Jing helps Chinese workers and local Africans flee a war-torn（受到战争破坏的）and plague-ravaged（瘟疫肆虐的）country.

    Wolf Warrior II links（联系）art to reality, and reminds people {#blank#}4{#/blank#} the massive evacuation（撤离）of Chinese people from Libya when civil war {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(break) out there in 2011, and from Yemen in 2015, as well as the challenges the Ebola virus created in West Africa from 2013 to 2016.

    The film describes {#blank#}6{#/blank#}the Chinese government aims to protect overseas Chinese citizens. Just{#blank#}7{#/blank#} the message at the end of the film reads, “Citizens of People's Republic of China, when you encounter danger in a foreign land, do not give up! Please remember, at your back{#blank#}8{#/blank#}(stand) a strong motherland.”

    Thanks to China's increasing participation（参与）in global affairs, the president could{#blank#}9{#/blank#}(consider) as a modern Chinese hero. “{#blank#}10{#/blank#} (hold) up a banner（信仰）of peace, friendship and responsibility, Wolf Warrior II should be seen as a brave effort to promote Chinese values around the world.
