It was Sunday yesterday.The weather was great. It was sunny and hot all day. Jenny and I went to a beautifulbeach. We had great fun playing in the water. In the afternoon, we went shopping. The shops were too crowded. So we didn't enjoy ourselves. At night, wewent to see a film. It was so interesting, I enjoyed it so much. At last, wedidn't have any money for a taxi. So we had to walk back. I was very tired whenI got home.

What a funny day it was!

    Three rabbits live in a house. They want to have some coffee one day. So they go to a cafe(咖啡馆). When they got to the cafe, it starts to rain. They have no umbrella with them. So the biggest rabbit says to the smallest one ,"Go home and get the umbrella."

    The little rabbit answer,"I will, but you can't drink my coffee.""We won't" the other two say. Two hours later(之后) the biggest rabbit says to the medium-size(中等大小的) rabbit. "Well, I guess he won't come back. Let's drink his coffee."Just then, they hear a voice(声音),"If you do so, I will not go to get the umbrella."

    Jessica is from the USA. She is ten years old. She lives in China with her parents now. She is a student in Shanghai. On Mondays she always goes to school by bus. She usually rides a bike to school on Tuesdays. She thinks riding a bike is fun. She takes the subway on Wednesdays. On Thursdays she walks to school. And her mother takes her to school in her car on Fridays.

    Hello! I'm Betty. This is my family photo. There are five people in my family. They are my grandmother, my father, my mother, my sister and I. My grandmother is a farmer. She likes to cook nice food for us. My father is a builder. He likes to build good houses for people. My mother is a writer. She likes to write stories for children. My sister is a driver. She drives buses for pupils. I'm a pupil. I love to help children. I want to be a teacher when I grow up. We are very happy. I love my family.

    Christmas Day always comes on the 25th of December. It is the biggest festival in many countries. Children are very excited because they can get many presents from Father Christmas. Father Christmas is an old man in red clothes. When small children go to bed on the night of December 24th, they put a stocking at the end of their bed. Their parents ask them to sleep early, or Father Christmas will not give them anything. Children are very excited on Christmas morning and always wake up early, because they can see many presents in their stockings.

    On Christmas Day, all the families will get together to have a big lunch or dinner, play party games and watch the Christmas programmers on TV.
