You may have heard of people who are allergic（过敏）to seafood, smoke or pets. But did you know that some people were allergic to Wi-Fi signals(信号)?

    Rose White, a 44-year-old woman from Britain, first found herself being allergic to Wi-Fi signals in 2015.She had a cough, heart trouble and great pains in her head when she stayed at the places covered with Wi-Fi signals.

    Rose has tried many ways to keep away from Wi-Fi signals. In the past six months, she either slept in her car or in tent which she had put up in the woodland and in the fields. She even tried sleeping in a shed(棚子). Being completely tired, Rose had no choice but to quit her job and moved 370 kilometers away from her home to avoid Wi-Fi signals, but failed. Because of the hard life, she got a stomach problem.

    She is now living in a small house in the rural(乡下的) area in England. There are far fewer Wi-Fi signals. However, the house, which belongs to her friend, will be sold to others, so she has to move again soon.

    Rose is planning to move to a more rural area. She is also planning to buy a camper van(野营车) so that she can drive away from Wi-Fi signals whenever she is feeling uncomfortable. As she can not work to make money, she has to raise money online. She is hoping to raise 15,000 pounds. So far, she has raised over 1,600 pounds. She still has a long way to go.

    Toby was a 13-year-old Boy. He studied in a middle school in Paris. He was quite a Clever Boy and was good at almost everything. However, he had a problem. He had a fear(恐惧)of heights. This problem made him unhappy for a long time. He talked to his father about it one day.

   "I've had enough, Dad," he said." I would love to go rock Climbing with my friends. But every time I get too high, I feel afraid."

    His dad paused(停顿)as he thought about his son's ________

   "Well, Toby," he said quietly," I Can help you. But you will need to Be Brave. Are you ready?"

    Toby was quiet for a few minutes.

   "I am ready!" he answered bravely.

    Toby's father picked up the keys and walked towards the front door.

   "We're going into the City!" his father said.

    Toby knew what was coming. Toby lived in Paris. One of the world's tallest buildings was there. That was the Eiffel Tower. Nothing was said between them as they drove into the City.

    After about an hour, they arrived at the Eiffel Tower. Toby looked up at it.

   "Can I really do this?" he asked worriedly.

   "Well," his father said," I will be with you every step of the way. This is the day that you fight your fear! Come on!"

    Toby took a Breath. His father held his hand and then they made their way, step by step, towards the top of the Eiffel Tower. At last they got to the top.

   "Wow, Dad!" he said excitedly as he looked over Paris.

   "I told you there was nothing to worry about," his father said.

    Lisa goes to school on foot every day. One morning, Lisa leaves home after breakfast without an umbrella. Then it begins to rain. The rain becomes heavier and heavier. Lisa's mother worries about her daughter and decides to find Lisa to give her an umbrella. She drives along the way her daughter always walks. She looks left and right through the car windows to look for Lisa. Finally, she finds Lisa walking in the street happily. She also finds that every time lightning strikes, Lisa will stop, look up at the sky and smile. Lisa's mother is very surprised. She shouts to Lisa, "Lisa, what are you doing?" She answers, "God is taking photos of me, so I smile!"

    Ben lives in a big house in the country with his family. His house is not near a town. It is twenty miles away from the nearest town. There are a lot of people in his family. They are Ben, his two sisters, his brother and his parents. His house has two floors. There are four bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. He'd like to have his own bedroom but he shares a bedroom with his younger brother, Simon. His two sisters, Gina and Annie have their own bedrooms. Their house has a big yard with lots of flowers. He likes playing in the yard with his brother and sisters. At weekends his school friends often come to visit. They play in the yard, or in his room if it rains. Their house is a nice place to live in. He has a lot of fun with his family and friends in his house.

    I always have eggs, milk and three pieces of bread for breakfast. For lunch, I usually eat rice, chicken and vegetables. I don't eat hamburgers because they are not healthy. I like to cat out on Saturday or Sunday. I like Chinese food.

    I usually get up at 9 a.m. I don't have breakfast. I have an apple or a banana at ten in the morning. For lunch, I often have rice, fruit and vegetables. I work at home and usually stay up late (熬夜) working at night, so I always sleep (睡觉) for forty minutes after lunch. I'm busy with my work. I don't like playing sports.

    Anita Ramos, a tour guide (导游)

    I get up at 7 a.m.. I work in the morning and evening. It's too hot in the afternoon, so I'm often at home. For lunch, I usually have hamburgers, but my dinner is healthy. I usually have chicken, rice and vegetables. I always eat a lot of chocolate (巧克力) and it gives me energy (精力) for the day.

Last week，our school had a science festival. Our team worked hard and made a paper car together. It was only made of corrugated cardboard（瓦楞纸板），{#blank#}1{#/blank#} it could hold a person. 

At{#blank#}2{#/blank#} ，we thought it was easy to make a paper car. But later，we found it was difficult. It seemed{#blank#}3{#/blank#} for us to make a cardboard car successfully. Then our physics（物理）teacher showed{#blank#}4{#/blank#} a video. Finally，we came up with an{#blank#}5{#/blank#} to make the car. 

Because we didn't have much time，we had to finish it as quickly as possible. We talked about how to make the car and tested（测试）it. I was{#blank#}6{#/blank#} that we worked with each other very well. Everyone saw the work as an enjoyable way to relax. When we finally finished the car，we all smiled. We spent two hours{#blank#}7{#/blank#} on it，from 9：00 to 11：00. We were happy because{#blank#}8{#/blank#} our great work. And we took some photos in the science festival. 

Although we didn't{#blank#}9{#/blank#} any prizes，we learned more about science. We also learned something meaningful about teamwork. {#blank#}10{#/blank#}a wonderful day!
