I'm Kate. I like sports very much.  I {#blank#}1{#/blank#} a ping-pong bat, a ping-pong ball and a basketball. I always play basketball  {#blank#}2{#/blank#} class. It's easy for me and it's  {#blank#}3{#/blank#}. Some of my  {#blank#}4{#/blank#} like baseball. I think it's  {#blank#}5{#/blank#} and I can't play it well. but I like watching it on TV. It's good for me to do  {#blank#}6{#/blank#} every day.

    Have you {#blank#}1{#/blank#} Legos when you are little? You might have used them to build some small-sized objects, but an artist called Nathan Sawaya has used Lego bricks to create life-size art. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} it began in 2007, Nathan's exhibition "The Art of the Brick" has been very popular with museum visitors everywhere.

    Nathan Sawaya's "The Art of the Brick" exhibition was on display in New York City. The show included more than 100 sculptures(雕塑)built by Nathan. The ideas of all his works were from {#blank#}3{#/blank#} , art and everyday objects. A life-size bike? A 20-foot-long dinosaur skeleton? Believe it or not, they were all made of Lego pieces! Visitors were very {#blank#}4{#/blank#} to see them!

    Do you have a healthy lifestyle? I think I do. First, I have many good eating habits. I like junk food, {#blank#}1{#/blank#} I hardly eat it. I eat fruit and vegetables every day. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} they are not very delicious, but they {#blank#}3{#/blank#} good for health. Second, I {#blank#}4{#/blank#} every day. It is said that if people run every day, then they will have {#blank#}5{#/blank#} hearts than others, so I run for about thirty minutes every morning. {#blank#}6{#/blank#}, I have good living habits. I try to {#blank#}7{#/blank#} eight hours every night. That {#blank#}8{#/blank#} me to be energetic (精力充沛的) the next day. And I can study better and  {#blank#}9{#/blank#} good grades.

    What do you {#blank#}10{#/blank#}of my lifestyle? Can you learn something from it?

    My friend, Hugh, has always been fat, but things got so bad recently that he decided to go on a{#blank#}1{#/blank#}. He started his diet a week ago. First of all, he wrote out a long list of all the foods which were forbidden. The list included most of the things Hugh loves; butter, potatoes, rice, beer, milk, chocolate and sweets. Yesterday I paid him{#blank#}2{#/blank#}. I rang the bell and was not surprised to see that Hugh didn't lose weight at all. He led me into his room and hurriedly{#blank#}3{#/blank#}a large parcel under his desk. He was very embarrassed for sure. When I asked him what he was doing, he smiled guilty y and then took out the parcel which contained five large bars of chocolate and three bags of sweets. He explained that his diet was so{#blank#}4{#/blank#}that he had to reward himself occasionally.
