Bullying is doing things to hurt other people. It is a big problem at school.

    Now Miah is a 22-year-old girl, but she still  (记住) how she was bullied in the primary school. "They  (踢) me, put sticks in my hair and took money from me. Even  (糟糕地), I was made to

    eat rubbish. I will never forget those moments. "

    Miah is not the only case. I saw another situation like this when I was a student. Some students bullied a disabled boy every day — hitting, and pushing him.  (一旦) they made it at first, they just continued doing it. And the boy didn't realize that he was hurt by those students. He couldn't even tell the teacher by  (他自己).

    People are trying to start anti-bullying programs. Students in many schools have taken actions. Recently they

    set up anti-bullying  (俱乐部) and many have joined them. They work with teachers to show students how to stop bullying. Some other programs have  (已经) proved to be successful, too.

    In Michigan, some students tried to stop bullying with friendly  (关系). They made DVDs and gave the DVDs to students in their school to  (教) them how to be good friends. This idea worked, too. After that, there was less bullying at their school.

    School programs like these have helped bullies learn to behave  (正确地) and they can also help prevent school bullying. I think it will come to a stop if everyone does something.
