Tom is at school now. He will be home at five. His mother is at the supermarket. She is shopping. She will be home at half past five. His father is at work. He will be home one hour later than(比……迟) Tom. Sam is playing football. He will be home at a quarter to six.

    Three rabbits live in a house. They want to have some coffee one day. So they go to a cafe(咖啡馆). When they got to the cafe, it starts to rain. They have no umbrella with them. So the biggest rabbit says to the smallest one ,"Go home and get the umbrella."

    The little rabbit answer,"I will, but you can't drink my coffee.""We won't" the other two say. Two hours later(之后) the biggest rabbit says to the medium-size(中等大小的) rabbit. "Well, I guess he won't come back. Let's drink his coffee."Just then, they hear a voice(声音),"If you do so, I will not go to get the umbrella."

    An old woman is going shopping with a basket , she is going by boat . The boat is going across the river. Her basket is empty now. Oh , dear! Look ! Her basket is in the water. She says , " Oh ,no .My basket is in the river."

    A boy sees the basket .He says ,"Don't worry ! I can get it !"He takes off his shirt and shoes . " Look after them for me , please!" he says , and jumps into the river.

    A duck sees the basket . " I can go by basket ," it thinks . It gets into the basket and goes on swimming in the river ."Where's the basket ?" he asks.

    It's over there !" answers the woman ."It's behind you! It's under that duck ."Then the boy gets to the basket.

    "Go away!" he says to the duck. The duck comes out of the basket and goes away .The boy takes the basket back to the woman .

    "Oh, thank you very much ."says the woman .

    "Not at all !"says the boy . " Do you have my shirt and shoes , please?"

    "It's the duck's egg.

Dear Sam,

    Next Sunday is Mother's Day. We'll give her some gifts on that day. I will make a nice card for her. On the card I'll write "Happy Mother's Day". My brother will make her some lucky stars with coloured paper. My sister will buy a new CD for her. My mother likes listening to music. My father will buy some flowers for her. We will also have a big dinner in a restaurant to celebrate it. What will you do for your mother on Mother's Day?

    Mike is a student. Every day he gets up at six o'clock. His home is far from his school. He has his breakfast at home at six thirty. He usually has milk and bread for his breast. He goes to school at seven o'clock. They begin class at eight o'clock, He has lunch at school. After lunch he plays games with his friends on the playground. In the afternoon, Mike has two classes, He goes home at 4:30. Milk is busy everyday. But he is very happy.
