    Here I will tell you what happened to me the other day. My best friend Alice and I was riding her brother's four-wheeler. She was driving down a road when all of sudden we hit a sand pile and lost control. She was okay and I wasn't. I was knocking unconscious. At first she didn't know how to do but then she heard a truck coming down the road. So she waved down the driver and explain what had happened. The man got out of his truck with a second thought. He rushed over to her and called an ambulance. By that time I was starting to wake up. When I woke up, I saw the man stood over me. I thanked for him. That man was a hero.

    Last Saturday I had a trip to a new opened park, called Grangfulin Relics Park. When I got there I found that the environment was perfect and that there was various birds flying around. That attracted me most was the strange building. It looked like a flooding house, the roof of which was above the water, and indeed it's “body” was under the water. People could get there by going down the stair. In the building there was an exhibition which was very much great, for there were plenty architectural models and exhibits.

    In a word, this park is a place worth visited again.

    The other day my friend Xu Rui found I am in low spirits, so she gave me a dozen roses to cheering me up. However, I only have one leave now, for I gave them all away. I gave one to my sister in hope that it would bring herself a little cheer. I took one to a friend who had not been feeling well recent. The flower or the visit helped much than I could tell but the friend was grateful. The rest went to those who had helped me in such many ways. Xu Rui gave me the flowers to help brighten up my day, but the biggest joy I received it was giving them away.

    I live in a peacefully village in the countryside where we have many friendly neighbors. Several day ago, a heavy rain hit the surrounding region. Several dams in the upper reaches of the river was broken through, cause a flood in the river nearby. Two bridges were also washed away. When a flood drew back, many big fish were trapped in the river. They had raised in the dams. Every day, one of their neighbors went to catch up fish with a net.

    Yesterday, the neighbor came to give us four big fresh fish, that had been frozen in his fridge. We had fish soup for lunch that day. What delicious!
