    During a period of global economic depression, financial disturbance and trade protectionism, a country would face a battle to solve these issues alone.     The Hangzhou G20 summit, in which heads of state and government and central bankers get together to exchange views with each other, aims to create an “open innovation” environment, which means to promote innovation not only within a single country, but by virtue of cooperation with other countries, to deal with common problems facing all of humanity.
