    The beach is a good place for a vacation. I {#blank#}1{#/blank#}my last summer vacation with my friends there. The weather was hot and {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. We went swimming in the sea (海洋）and  {#blank#}3{#/blank#} beach volleyball on the beach. When we {#blank#}4{#/blank#}tired, we lay(躺）on the beach and  {#blank#}5{#/blank#}. I {#blank#}6{#/blank#} many photos of the beach. Some of them are very beautiful. There is a {#blank#}7{#/blank#} near the beach. I spent one day {#blank#}8{#/blank#} it. I saw many old things about the sea in it. There are also some shops near the beach. We could buy all kinds of{#blank#}9{#/blank#} food in the shops. We {#blank#}10{#/blank#}had great fun on the beach. And we want to spend our next vacation there, too.

    It's important to stay healthy during our life. But in our daily life there {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (be) many healthy problems, like smoking, drinking, {#blank#}2{#/blank#} eating too much fast food. Because of these, many people died and most children become heavier. In fact, if we care more about ourselves, it will be much {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (easy) to stay healthy. First of all, we must keep away from {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (smoke) and drinking. Secondly, we should do exercise every day. We can walk to school instead {#blank#}5{#/blank#} taking a bus or a car. Thirdly, we can't eat too much fast food. We should eat more fruit and vegetables. Fourthly, we must have enough sleep. When we work or study too late. That'll make us too {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (tire) we should sleep at least eight hours a night. We'll feel well and work better {#blank#}7{#/blank#} we get enough sleep every night. {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (final), I think friends are another important part of one's {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (healthy). Many studies show that people always feel better {#blank#}10{#/blank#} they are with friends than when they're alone. So, be sure to make more friends.
