    I have two brothers. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (they) names are Lukas and Andreas. They {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (be) 16 and 19. My mother is Christine. She is a teacher. She {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (work) in No.1 high school. My dad, Dieter, is a doctor in {#blank#}7{#/blank#} hospital. There are four bedrooms and a small garden in our house. My room is tidy, but my {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (brother) is not. They don't often clean it. I like playing volleyball, {#blank#}9{#/blank#} they don't like it. They like playing basketball.     Joseph is a teacher in New York. He gives lessons to {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (he) students about American history. But he was born {#blank#}2{#/blank#} Kenya, an African country where the children lead a very different life. For example, a ten-year-old boy may spend {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (much)time in taking care of cows than studying at school. The children also learn many {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(skill) like how to live in the wild.

    Unlike many other children, Joseph went to school. And {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (lucky), when he was 15, he came {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (study) in America and then became a teacher. Joseph has written {#blank#}7{#/blank#} book called Facing the Lion. In the book, he talks about his childhood. He thinks {#blank#}8{#/blank#} is very important for American children to learn about the cultural differences between their country {#blank#}9{#/blank#} the others. He also thinks children should learn to be strong and full of hope. Now Joseph {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (do)a project, hoping that it will help children face their own" lions".

    Tina is my English teacher. She is from England and is about 29 years old. She{#blank#}1{#/blank#}(have) blonde hair and she always wears a pair of{#blank#}2{#/blank#} (glass) on her nose.

    She is strict {#blank#}3{#/blank#} us in our studies, so all the students are well—behaved in her classes. She is strict, {#blank#}4{#/blank#} she can get along {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (good) with all the students because she is very kind and {#blank#}6{#/blank#}  (patience).  Whenever we have difficulty in English learning, she will help us to deal with the problems(问题). We all like her lessons very much. That's because she is very creative. Her {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(teach) style is quite different {#blank#}8{#/blank#} that of the others. She prepares her lessons well and corrects our homework {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (careful).     In a word, I think she is one of the best English teachers I have ever seen. We all love and respect her.
