Each year thousands of{#blank#}1{#/blank#} (explore) and tourists visit the polar regions of the Arctic and Antarctica. But the increasing number of people travelling to the ends of the Earth' can have a negative effect{#blank#}2{#/blank#} fragile ecosystems. Should tourists{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(allow) to visit polar regions?

    About 40,000 tourists visit Antarctica each year, More than five million travel to the Arctic and sub-Arctic. Transporting tourists to the regions {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(increase) ship and airplane traffic, adding to the risk of pollution, oil spills, and other {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(environment) damage. Because the places where wildlife is accessible {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(be) few in numbers, tourist traffic can become concentrated in specific areas,{#blank#}7{#/blank#} (put) Arctic vegetation at risk.

    I love reading. At age 6, I could be found reading Harry Potter, a difficult book for a 6-year-old but I {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(enjoy) it all the same. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} soon became obvious that spelling for me was not difficult and I had a wide vocabulary.     My family has lived in one big city after another because of my dad's job. However, some city people think country life is lonely because they think they {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (cut) off from the outside world. They are also more likely to be lonely when {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (live) in a big city.

    So it is hard to decide {#blank#}9{#/blank#} city life is better than country life or not. {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(actual), it's not where you live but how you live that decides your happy life.
