    Yesterday, I saw the old lady fall down when I was hurrying to school. I was about to help her up while a passer-by stop me, saying that I might be accused of knocking her down. Heard his words, I began to hesitate and slow down my steps. At the moment, another student, that saw everything, went up to help. The old lady said nothing but lots of thank to the good boy. I felt ashamed.

As is known to all, help others is forever a good virtue. Even though some old people behave improper, we can't let it to disappear. I have made my mind that I will reach out my hand without hesitation next time.

    Getting rid of the bad habit of procrastination (拖延症) is now my goal in life. My first step was to set small targets what can be reached realistically. For example, I plan to set a timetable for my study. So after school, I will put finishing homework in the last place. Additionally, I will make a list of my important task including their due dates but follow my schedule strictly. I will avoid find excuses for putting them off. At same time, I will ask for my friends and parents to help me. By achieving this small targets, I have confident that I will overcome procrastination.

    I went to the seaside to spending my summer holiday with my family. We stayed there for two week. The weather was much hotter than in my hometown, but I got used to it or felt at home. Every morning, I got up early than my parents and went for breakfast ahead of the time. Then I went to have a chat with my new friend, John, whom I happen to come across during my holiday. John was a native and quite warm-heartedly man and he was familiar to the seaside well. Soon we became very good friends. Since we parted, we have kept write to each other.

    I'm very exciting to write to you to express my thanks. I am Li Hua, one of the poor children who was crying for knowledge, but couldn't afford the school fees because my father was ill or my family was deeply in debt.
