Today is Sunday. Danny and his classmates visit Uncle Li's farm. The farm is small, but it's nice. They walk on the grass. They throw stones and they climb the trees. Uncle Li is angry. "Don't walk on the grass!" "Don't climb the trees! You can't throw the stones." "We are sorry," the children say.

    "What can we do for you, Uncle Li?"

    "You can feed the hens for me." Uncle Li answers.

    "OK!"

    The children feed the hens and count the hens. There are eighteen hens. Twelve are big and six are small. Uncle Li is happy. And the children are happy, too.

    Jane is only four and doesn't go to school. But she is very clever and learns a lot from her grandpa — an old teacher. One day, Jane's mother, Mrs. John takes her to a party.     Dan lives in the city with his parents, because his parents work in the city. But Dan likes to go to the countryside very much. His grandparents live there. There is a hill near his grandfather's home. Dan always goes to climb the hill with his grandfather when he goes there. There is a lake near his grandfather's house too. Dan likes to go fishing too!

    Summer holiday is coming. Dan is going to stay there for a month. He will pick apples with his grandmother. He will climb the hill and go fishing. He is going to help his grandfather plant vegetables too!

Tom: Where are you going?

Lily: I'm going to the sports centre with my friends.

Tom: Do you often do sports there?

Lily: Yes. My friends and I like playing ball games.

Tom: Where are your father and mother?

Lily: They are riding horses in the field. My father loves horses very much. What about you?

Tom: I like swimming in the river.
