    Last weekend's concert, organized and performing by the students of the Welsh Community College, was great success. The student had been practicing for months for the concert. They were excited that when they heard Gareth Jones was coming to present the prizes. Over 100 young performers play a mixture of jazz, classical or folk music. One of the highlights were 14-year-old Megan Evans, playing traditional Welsh folk songs. The concert ended with a very loud pop tune and anyone in the hall stood up and danced with the music. It was a magically atmosphere and a wonderful evening.

Dear Sally，

    Now I'd like to tell you something about my part-time job this summer vacation, of which I worked like a guide in a travel agency. The work was interesting but tired. I think it was helpful to work this holiday. It was the first time that I have earned money on my own. I've come to understand how hard my parents work to support for the family. I used to keep on ask them for money, but now I'll never waste money and learn to share worry to my parents. I've learnt how to get along well with others. What's worse, I've gained some working and social experience and I have learnt something can't be learnt from textbooks. All these will be good for my future.     Here is my idea about how a friend is like. Firstly, a friend is someone you can share your secrets. If you tell him a secret, never will he talks about it with anybody else. Besides, a friend is always good listener when you need one. After hear your sad stories, he will say some words that is nice and warm. Still, your happiness makes him happily too. What's more, a good friend is willing to offer the help to which you need, or can at least give you some advices. In a word, friends are those you like and trust, and you will enjoy every minute that you spent with them.

    When I intended to tell my four-year-old niece Lisa the story Snow White write by the Grimm Brothers, my elder sister stopped me immediate and gave me another storybook. When I asked if she has told Lisa the story, she shook her head and said, “I don't think girl today should listen to this story.” I was confusing. Later, my sister explained how. In this story, Snow White does nothing to rescue herself. Instead of, she depends on others' help. My sister doesn't want her daughter to learn just to turn to others help. She wants her to learn to be brave and independence. That's why my sister doesn't want to tell herself such stories as Snow White.

    It was a math test, for which I have prepared for a long time. So much importance I attach to it that I even felt a little nervous before a test.  My heart began to beat wild immediately I took my seat in the classrooms. Looking at the test paper, our mind went blank. I attempted to focus my attention and it was impossible. So I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, try to calm down. It worked. Gradually I recovered from my calmness. Feeling more relaxing, I picked up my pen and began to write.

    Laughing is one of life's most simple pleasure. It is free. You can do it anywhere. Like the flu, laughter can spread easy among people. Often when we hear someone laughing in crowded room or a packed train , we start laughing too—even if we have no idea how.

    In fact, mental health can affect on physical health. Therefore, "Laughter is the best medicine" does not mean that I should not take medicine when you're sick. It simply means that have a positive outlook might help ease your troubles but make you cheerful. Besides, making others laugh with you is also an act what is joyful and kind.
