This is our school dining hall（餐厅）.It's big and nice.We have lunch at school.We have vegetables every day.Onions are my favourite vegetable.My favourite day is Monday，because we can have beef for lunch.I like beef so much.We have rice on Mondays and Fridays.We have dumplings on Tuesdays.We have noodles on Thursdays.Our new maths teacher Mr Lin is tall and strong.He often eats lunch with us.He likes noodles very much.We often have fruit after lunch.They' re fresh.

Meals are important. We have three meals a day. Every meal is healthy.

This week, for breakfast, we have bread and milk. There are whole grains(粗粮) in bread. We can have health y hearts(心脏) by eating them. Milk is great because it has calcium(钙) and can keep our teeth and bones(骨骼) healthy.

For lunch, we have meat, eggs, rice and fish. Meat, fish and eggs can keep our bodies healthy.They give us energy(精力) for a day. Drinks are j uice and tea. We also have oranges and pears. For dinner, we have noodles, eggs and vegetable salad. Fruits are grapes and strawberries. Fruit and veg-etables are important(重要的) in a healthy diet. They have vitamins(维他命).

I think that having a big family is very nice. I come from a small family. I have one brother, Zhang Min. We are brothers, but we can't always play together. My brother drives a bus every day. He is very busy, so I want to have more (更多的) brothers and sisters.

I have a big family. My parents, two sisters, my brother and I are in my family. We play together. We have great fun together. We sing and eat nice food together. We read books together. I am not lonely. So I think it's good to have a big family. 

Hi, I'm Tom. I'm a student. I usually get up at 7 o'clock in the morning. I do morning exercises at 8:30. Then I eat breakfast at 8:40. I have three classes in the morning. Classes start at 9:10. In the afternoon, I play sports at 3 o'clock. We finish class at 5:00 p. m. Then I go home. At 6:30, I eat dinner.
