    I can't swim so I have a strong fear of water. Look back at my childhood, I think that three reasons might explain fear. Firstly, I am not allowed to go near the water when I was a child, as my mother had an unreasonable fear of it. Therefore, I was taught to see to the water as something danger. Secondly, my eyes became bad when I was five. If I took off my glass in the water, I couldn't see something, and this increased my fear. What's worse, for a child I once saw a neighbor drowned.     About two years ago, I worked hard and entered a locally key school, which my parents were proud of it. From then up, I got up early and got to the school on time.     As we all know, foods like fish, fresh fruit and vegetables is necessary for our body. And you should not eat too many meat.     Last year my school planned to set up the football team. I was exciting about the news though I was a football fan. I entered for it, only to be told that I was too fat. However, they said there will be a test three months later. If I could lose weight successful, I would be admitted. So I decided get up early every morning to do exercise. It was difficulty for me to get up early, especially in winter. I made a great effort to get up on the first few day, but I didn't manage to get up the follow days. At last I failed in.
