Bees are truly fascinating insects that we often see flying around gardens or woods. They move from one flower to another and might even come inside our homes. They make the skies of gardens or forests more beautiful. 

What does a bee look like? A bee has six legs and two sets of wings on each side of its body. Its body is divided into three parts: the head, thorax （胸部）, and abdomen （腹部）. Bees have two feelers on their heads called antennaeand two large eyes on each side. They come in different colors and shapes. 

Then, are all bees the same? No, they come in different colors and shapes, and there are many different kinds of bees. In Ireland, there are 101 different kinds of bees. However, only honey bees make honey that we eat, while other bees don't make honey at all. There is only one kind of honey bee that lives in Ireland. The places that honey bees live in are also different, including hives （蜂箱）, holes and even nests made from leaves. 

What does a bee eat? Bees feed themselves with nectar and pollen （花粉）, which they collect from flowers. Nectar, a sweet liquid （液体）found in flowers, serves as the primary energy source for bees. Honey bees use it to make honey. Meanwhile, yellow pollen sticks to the bees' hairy legs as they gather food. 

Why are bees important? While we enjoy honey as a sweet treat and beeswax （蜂蜡）for candlemaking, bees play a far more important role in our life. Besides, bees are very important to nature because they bring pollen from one plant to another on their hairy legs. Without the hardworking bees, the growth of fruits and crops would be seriously influenced, highlighting their special role in protecting our environment and farming.

Qingming, literally (字面上) means "clear and bright". It is one of the 24 seasonal division points in China. After the festival, the temperature rises and rainfall increases. And then farmers begin to grow crops. Qingming Festival falls on April 4 this year.

As a festival, Qingming is believed to have a history of about 2,500 years. The most important tradition of Qingming is to honor ancestors and remember the dead family members. So Qingming is also called Tomb-Sweeping Day. When sweeping the graves, people pray, clean the tombstones and burn offerings, usually paper money, paper clothes, paper houses and now even a paper phone.

Lots of ancient poets expressed their sad feelings with words. One of the most famous poems describing the festival was the poem Qingming by Du Mu of the Tang Dynasty as follows: A drizzling rain falls like tears on the Mourning Day;......

Some traditions of Qingming have brought such problems as traffic jams and air pollution or even forest fires. As part of a greener Qingming activity, people have been encouraged (鼓励) to pay respect to their ancestors (祖先) and dead family members online, or burn less or no paper money to protect the environment.

①How do you feel when you make a mistake? No one likes making mistakes. It often makes you feel unhappy. However, the feeling you get after making a mistake helps your brain adjust (调整) itself and learn. For example, you can't learn how to ride a bike without falling off it, or make friends without sometimes saying things you regret. Getting things wrong helps us adjust ourselves, so we can do things differently.

②____. Accepting and learning from our mistakes gives us the courage to try harder next time. Psychologists (心理学家) at Michigan State University call this a "growth mindset". A growth mindset means you see failure as something you can learn from, instead of something you regret. Elsie, 13, said it was hard to accept mistakes but they made her a better learner. "I once made a cake that came out like two big biscuits. I was upset but I realized I hadn't read the cookbook properly. Now I always read the cookbook twice."

③Alexandra Eidens from a magazine for kids said we should be open to mistakes because learning from them can help us believe in ourselves and face difficulties bravely. Try talking about one of our mistakes with family or friends. Whether the experience is funny or painful, sharing the story with others will help make it clear how the mistake happened. Eidens also suggests writing down our mistakes. She believes it gives us a chance of self-expression, creativity and learning. It's also a good way for us to learn from our mistakes.
