Deng Xiaolan was one of the top 10 people selected by "Touching China (《感动中国》)" in 2023. She is a teacher. She has glasses. Her hair is short and gray （灰白色的）. 

She is kind and friendly. In 2004, she began to teach children music in Malan village. At the opening ceremony of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games （2022北京冬奥会开幕式）, some children from Malan village sang "Olympic Anthem".

People in Shenzhen like having fun in the park. Families usually bring a lot of drinks and food to have a picnic. Children can make friends and play sports there. For example, they can skateboard, ride bikes, skip and play with balls. Old people usually walk the dog and play taijiquan in the morning. If you are sad or tired, you can go to the park. You can find many interesting people and get energetic again!

I have two new friends. They are Jim and Mary. Jim is a strong boy. He is quiet. 

He has blue glasses. He has many storybooks. He likes Chinese very much. Mary is a 

friendly girl. She is tall and thin. She has long hair. Look! There are two maths books, 

an English book and a notebook on Mary's desk.
