I'm ready for the New Year. There are many things in my {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (bedroom/bathroom). I have a big bed. My quilt (被子) is red. My desk is{#blank#}2{#/blank#} (near/under) my bed. Some New Year {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (picture/pictures) are on the wall. There is  a toy bear on my small sofa. My mum puts {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (a/an) red envelope(红包) in its  hand. I have a cute cat.{#blank#}5{#/blank#} (He's/His) name is Hubao. I buy a red hat for him. I love my room.

Donuts（甜甜圈）, pizza and ice-cream sound like good things to eat, but are they really healthy? We all like these kinds of food, but they can't be parts of our regular diet. What should be parts of our diet then? Here are a few tips for you: 

●The more vegetables the better. 

●Eat a lot of fruits of all colours like apples, pears and oranges. 

●Choose beans and peas as well as fish and eggs for protein（蛋白质）. 

●Stay away from processed（加工）meats like bacon（腌肉）and sausages. 

●Don't eat too much butter. 

●Milk is a good source of calcium（钙）and vitamin D（维生素D ）. 

●Water is always the best choice!

My home is in a quiet street. It's on the third floor. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a bath-room, and a small but pretty kitchen. One bedroom is big, and the other is small. There's a table in the living room, so we can eat there. My house is very clean. I like to clean the rooms on the weekend. My bedroom is also neat. I always put books on the bookshelf(书架). Through the window of the living room,we can see the sun rise in the morning. There isn't a garden, but our home is near a beautiful park.
