I am very afraid of the exams. I always study the hardest in my class, but I can't get good grades. I can't think of anything when I am having an exam. And before exams, I can't sleep well for days.

I do well in my studies. However, I hardly have friends. Because I'm from a poor family, I don't have enough money to buy expensive shoes and my classmates laugh at me. I always feel sad.

Many students who have problems won't go for advice or help. Some think they will look stupid(愚蠢的) if they go to see a doctor. How to help these students? Mr. Ma, an expert from Beijing has the following suggestions(建议) for students:

☆ Take part in group activities and play sports.

☆Go to see a doctor if you feel unhappy or unwell.

Everyone knows that exercise is important. We all need to exercise. Doctors say it is good for us. It makes our heart and body strong. Children who often exercise are more clever. This means they do better in tests and schoolwork than those who don't exercise. There are many ways to exercise. 

You can walk, run, swim, skate or play ball games. Make sure you exercise in the following ways. You have to like what you're doing. Exercise enough but not too much. It's best to exercise twice each week. Thirty minutes each time is enough. Try all kinds of things until you find one, two or even three sports that are right for you. 

You can exercise at fitness centers（健身中心）. They have a lot of equipment （设备） there. The equipment will help exercise your arms, legs and other parts of your body to make you fit. Some people buy equipment for their homes. But it is very expensive. 

Exercise can be fun. Friends can exercise together at a fitness center, or they can play sports together. How do you exercise? 

① After a relaxing weekend, children have to go back to school on Mondays. For parents, they should do something helpful to let their children get to school on time. 

② Let children take a good shower. It's good for children to take a shower before they go to bed. It can not only help them sleep well but also save time next morning. 

③ Ask children to go to bed early. School usually starts at 8 : 00 a. m. So please let your children go to bed before 9 : 30 p. m. Your children should sleep for about nine hours every day. This is quite important as they have to get up early next day. 

④ Make a good breakfast for children. Breakfast can help children study better in the day. It can help students listen to teachers carefully and think well in class. Also, it's good for their health. 

⑤ Getting to school on time is very important for your children. So please try your best to help them. If you can do the things above, they will study and live happily.
