Dear Diary,

It's going to be Chinese New Year next week. I am so excited! Tomorrow, my family, Mark and I are going to go shopping.We are going to buy some new clothes and food. Then, in the evening, my mum is going to make some tangyuan. On Chinese New Year's Eve, we are going to have a big family dinner. My dad and my uncle are go-ing to cook for us. Then, we are going to buy some flowers. On Chinese New Year's Day, my parents are going to give me red packets. Then, we are going to watch a lion dance. We are going to watch fireworks,too. Fireworks will light up the sky.

Aunt Susan was on a trip to study pandas.Read her letters to May.

We found some pandas today!We saw a big panda beside a river.You know，it had a cute baby!Then in a bamboo forest，we met another three small pandas.We took lots of photos of them.We were so lucky!It was only the first day of our climb up the mountain.

We are at the top of the mountain now.We can see a big lake from here.We want to make a fire in the designated area（指定地点） to keep us warm.Tomorrow we'll go back to the village.We had an exciting trip!Say hello to Jerry and I miss him so much!

We are staying in a village at the bottom（底部） of a mountain.There is a waterfall.It is the most beautiful waterfall on the mountain.The villagers are very nice.One of them is going to go up the mountain to look for the pandas with us tomorrow.

Today was the first day1 the summer holiday. Katy and I went out together. First, we went swimming in the pool. We2 for an hour. I didn't swim well but I enjoyed it very much. At 1 p.m., we had3 in a fast-food restaurant. I ate some fries and Katy tried some sandwiches. Then we watched4 interesting film at the cinema. It was about animals. It was fun. But the man next to me smoked there. I told him : "Stop5 in the cinema." He said "Sorry." And we enjoyed the film again.
