Last night I had a wonderful dream. I {#blank#}1{#/blank#} that I turned into a good swimmer.
In my dream, the weather {#blank#}2{#/blank#} fine and I came to a nice beach. There were few people on the beach and I {#blank#}3{#/blank#} to swim in the sea. While I was swimming, some {#blank#}4{#/blank#} fish followed me all the time. When I stopped, they came to swam {#blank#}5{#/blank#} me. Then, one of the fish began to talk with me. It {#blank#}6{#/blank#} Chinese, too! We had a wonderful conversation. Soon we became good {#blank#}7{#/blank#} and it invited me to visit the place where they lived.
{#blank#}8{#/blank#} I heard a voice, “Weiwei, it's time to get up! Breakfast is ready!” It was Mom's voice. Just then I woke up from my sweet dream {#blank#}9{#/blank#} had to face the real world again.
My dream was {#blank#}10{#/blank#} like a cartoon film, wasn't it?

        Mr Smith lived by the sea. He had a big family and he had to work hard, or  his wife and children would be{#blank#}1{#/blank#} . So he had to get up early every day. After breakfast he set out in a small boat. He always hoped to{#blank#}2{#/blank#} . 
     One morning the man got to a good place for fishing.  He threw a long rope with many hooks（钩子）into the water. He found it very{#blank#}3{#/blank#} and pulled the hooks out of the sea. He saw there were some gold chains（链子. He , of course, was very {#blank#}4{#/blank#} . 
    “I'll {#blank#}5{#/blank#}  for a lot of money ,” he thought to himself.“I'll build a new house and buy expensive things. I'll be the {#blank#}6{#/blank#} man in the world!”
    Mr. Smith went on drawing his rope and didn't notice what was happening to his boat. It began to{#blank#}7{#/blank#} . As he was pulling the gold chains, the boat sank into the sea. He lost not only the gold chains ,but also {#blank#}8{#/blank#} !

Shopkeeper: Can I help you?

Andy:I {#blank#}1{#/blank#}a pair of jeans.

Shopkeeper: What about these jeans? They are made of the best cotton. And they {#blank#}2{#/blank#}trips and sports.

Andy: They look nice, but I don't like the colour. Do you have {#blank#}3{#/blank#} jeans?

Shopkeeper: Yes. They cost 300 yuan.

Andy: 300? That's too expensive.

Shopkeeper: Good things always cost a lot. Good jeans can make your legs {#blank#}4{#/blank#}. Will you take them?

Andy: Well, I need to {#blank#}5{#/blank#}it. After all (毕竟), 300 yuan is a lot of money.

    My children are growing up fast. My daughter is 16 and my boy has just started junior high school. As they get bigger, our house {#blank#}1{#/blank#} to get smaller. So we have been {#blank#}2{#/blank#}out a lot of things from our bedrooms for a yard sale.

    We've decided to each sell five things that we no {#blank#}3{#/blank#} use. We'll give the money we raise to a {#blank#}4{#/blank#} home. My son was quite sad at first. He {#blank#}5{#/blank#} a lot of toys that he doesn't play with anymore but still wanted to keep. For example, he has owned a train and railway set since his {#blank#}6{#/blank#} birthday, and he played with it almost every week until he was about seven. And he didn't want to {#blank#}7{#/blank#}the toy monkey. I remember that he would never go to bed {#blank#}8{#/blank#} it. My daughter was more {#blank#}9{#/blank#}, although she also felt sad to part with certain toys. As for me, I didn't want to give up my football shirts, but, to be {#blank#}10{#/blank#}, I haven't played for a while now. I'm getting older, too!

    Healthy eating doesn't just mean what you eat, but how you eat. Here is some {#blank#}1{#/blank#} on healthy eating.

    Eat with others. It can help you to see others' healthy eating {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. If you usually eat with your parents, you will find that the food you eat is more delicious.

    Listen to your body. Ask {#blank#}3{#/blank#} if you are really hungry. Have a glass of {#blank#}4{#/blank#} to see if you are thirsty—sometimes you are just thirsty, you need no food. Stop eating before you feel full.

    Eat breakfast. Breakfast is {#blank#}5{#/blank#} meal of the day. After you don't eat for the past ten hours, your body needs food to get you going, so you must eat {#blank#}6{#/blank#} for breakfast, you will be smarter after eating breakfast.

    Eat healthy snacks like fruits, yogurt(酸奶) or cheese. We all need snacks sometimes. In fact, it's a good idea to eat two healthy snacks {#blank#}7{#/blank#} your three meals. This doesn't mean that you can eat a bag of chips instead of a meal. Don't eat dinner {#blank#}8{#/blank#}. With our busy life, we always put off eating dinner until the last minute. Try to eat dinner at {#blank#}9{#/blank#} 3 hours before you go to bed. This will give your body a {#blank#}10{#/blank#} to digest(消化) most of the food before you rest for the next 8～10 hours.

    We have moved to a new flat in Water Bay. David, the {#blank#}1{#/blank#} man, and his helpers have moved our furniture to our new flat and put the things in the new flat. The rooms are {#blank#}2{#/blank#}, but they are comfortable. There are more rooms here than in our old flat. It is good because now I have my own room. In the old flat, I {#blank#}3{#/blank#} my sister.

    My bedroom is my favourite room in our flat. I can do everything in it. I can {#blank#}4{#/blank#} my radio or play CDs. I can play games on my computer and send my friends e-mails.

    I also like the {#blank#}5{#/blank#} because I love helping my mother cook our meals. My mother is a very good cook and is teaching me how to make apple pies. She lived in England{#blank#}6{#/blank#} she was a girl, and she can cook English food. It's delicious.
