" I wish I had straight hair" , " I wish I were taller" . At times, we all want {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(look) a bit more like someone else. However, copying the images (形象) we see on TV is sometimes a wrong idea. The truth is that everybody is different and that's {#blank#}2{#/blank#} good thing. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(teenager) should develop their body confidence. 

Jade Parnell, who is from the Center for Appearance Research (CAR) says, " Body confidence is about {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(accept) our bodies fully and understanding what they can do for us. That includes our sizes, shapes, skin (皮肤) colors and so on. " 

Why does it matter? Because if we feel pleased with our bodies, we will be more likely to take care of {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(they). Research has even shown that we are more likely to take part in activities and perform {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(good) in school. By contrast (相反), feeling worried {#blank#}7{#/blank#} our bodies could make us feel upset from time to time. The cost of trying to achieve the " perfect" appearance is high. 

" To develop an active body image is difficult, {#blank#}8{#/blank#} there are still some ways to be body confident. " Parnell says, " Try to think about all that our bodies do for us. Do our legs make us run really fast?" She also {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(suggest) treating our bodies well by eating healthy food, exercising, getting plenty of sleep and treating ourselves as kindly as we would do to our best friends. It can help us develop body {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(confident) as well as remind us that we are more than how we look. 

Little George lived in a poor village. One summer afternoon, George's mother sent him to the field to pick up some dried wood for the fire.

By the time the sun was high, George was very 1 and wished for a cool place to rest and have some food. As he walked on, he found some shade (阴凉处), and by it were some fine, wild 2 .

"How good these will be with my bread and butter," thought George. He 3 all of the strawberries and couldn't wait to lift one of them to his mouth. Suddenly he remembered his sick 4 , alone in her dark, cold room in the village.

When the sun was beginning to sink, George left for home. How 8 he felt, then, that he had all his strawberries for his sick mother.

He heard his mother's faint (虚弱的) voice calling him. "Is that you, George? I'm glad you've 9 . I'm thirsty, and am longing for some tea."

George ran to her and joyfully offered the strawberries.

"And you saved them for your sick mother, didn't you?" she said, laying her hand 10 on his head, with tears in her eyes.

Before the Shenzhou XV crew（全体工作人员） came back to the earth，they {#blank#}1{#/blank#} a letter to a 16-year-old student named Tsering Dargye. He is from Tibet and studying at Beijing No. 80 High School now. Over 10，000 people sent {#blank#}2{#/blank#} to the crew，but Tsering was the{#blank#}3{#/blank#} one to get an answer back. "I was very{#blank#}4{#/blank#} and was lucky enough to get the letter，"he said. 

In his letter，Tsering showed his strong interest in the sky. The astronaut Fei Junlong wrote the letter to Tsering and encouraged（鼓励） him a lot. "As you wrote in your letter，the road to success is never smooth（平坦的）.{#blank#}5{#/blank#} long as you work hard，you can {#blank#}6{#/blank#} your dreams come true，" Fei wrote. He ended the letter by wishing Tsering and his classmates to be{#blank#}7{#/blank#} in their studies. 

Tsering is now studying hard and plans to spend more time{#blank#}8{#/blank#} his studies for the coming summer vacation. "My dream is to learn computer science at Tsinghua University. No matter {#blank#}9{#/blank#} happens in my life，I will believe in {#blank#}10{#/blank#} and keep on following my dreams，" he said.
