It's a kind of traditional food in Shannxi. It originated in(起源于) the Ming Dynasty.

●Cook the noodles in hot water.

●Put the noodles in a bowl.

●Put some vegetables or meat and spices(调料) on the noodles.

●Pour hot oil(浇热油) on the noodles.

●Stir(搅拌) all the things with chopsticks.

It has a Chinese name—Rou Jia Mo. And people called it"Han Mo"in the Qin Dynasty.

●Prepare(准备) the mantou.

●Use the knife to cut the mantou in half(两半).

●Put the meat and vegetables between two pieces of the mantou.

●Put some sauce(料汁) with a spoon.

This is the 1^st day of my study trip. I have some lessons about Chinese culture. We have kung fu class, Chinese class and paper cutting class. I love them!

I have three new teachers. Mr Chen is strong and strict. He can do kung fu well. Miss Ye is a young lady. She is kind. She has long hair and glasses. We learn to speak Chinese with her. It's not easy. Mrs Li is thin and beautiful. She is good at paper cutting. Her class is fun.

We have different meals every day. Sometimes we have Chinese food, sometimes Western food. Today is Wenzhou food day! We have Huntun, Yongjia wheat cake and fish balls. I like fish balls very much! They're hot and delicious.

Sanyang Wetland Park is a wonderful place. I can smell the flowers and touch the grass in the park. There is a big lake. The water is clean. There is a bridge over the lake. I paint the park on the grass. People say "Very good!" when they see my painting. I'm so happy. It's my favourite day.

Mr Hook wants to be a good cook. He needs a goodcookbook(食谱).

He looks for the book everywhere. He meets a goodcook. The cook says, "No book, just cook."

So from day to night and from night to day, he cooks and cooks.

Now, he is a very good cook and he writes a book How to cook.
