People in different countries also like to put different things into their tea. In Russia, people like drinking tea with fruit. This makes it delicious. In the UK ,people like drinking tea in the afternoon.They often put some milk and sugar（糖）into their tea. They usually eat biscuits （饼干）with their tea. In the USA, people like drinking tea with honey（蜂蜜）. In China, some people like to mix tea with butter（黄油）. It can help them keep warm.

Today, many people often sit down for a long time. That's bad for our bodies, so it is important and good for us to play sports. And running is easy(容易的) and cheap for people to do. A pair of shoes and some sports clothes can help you do it.

You can run with your friends. And you can enter a race or join a club. These ways can keep you interested(感兴趣的) in running.
