China was the first country to grow kiwi fruit( 猕猴桃). This fruit had an old name. It was called a "Chinese gooseberry(中华猕猴桃)". Why is there a new name? Why is it not called a "China fruit"? Why is it called a kiwi fruit? It is because New Zealand is the first Western( 西方的) country to grow(种植) this fruit. Now New Zealand sells the most kiwi fruit to the world. Anything from New Zealand is always called "kiwi". There are kiwi fruit, the kiwi bird, kiwi boots and the kiwi fag. A person from New Zealand is just called a Kiwi. Many children like to eat kiwi fruit. They have a lot of vitamin C(维生素C). Vitamin C is important for us.

Monday is a red day. We have apples, tomatoes and pork. Tuesday is an orange day. We have oranges, carrots and beef. Wednesday is a yellow day. We have bananas, potatoes and chicken. Thursday is a green day. We have cucumbers, green beans and fish. Friday is a purple day. We have grapes, onions and seaweed meat roll（海带肉卷）.

On Saturday and Sunday, I have lunch at home. In my family, my dad likes beef. My mum's favourite food is vegetables. I like vegetables but not carrots. And we all like Chinese noodles. They're so delicious! We don't like junk（垃圾）food. They are not healthy.
