I'm Tina. I have a good friend. She's Ann. Tomorrow, we're going to the library, because we are going to have a reading class next week. Our teacher asks us to read some books. We'll meet at our school. The library is not far from our school. Start from the school and go straight. Turn right at the cinema and go straight again. Then turn left at the crossing. We can see it. It is next to the museum.

As we all know，the rainbow has seven colours.We all like it.The country will build a unique building called the"Rainbow Tree".We can't find such kind of building anywhere else.It is 115 metres high and has 32 stories （层）.This building is made of wood.

The building's name comes from a local tree in the Philippines.It is the rainbow eucalyptus（桉树）.The bark （树皮） of the tree has many different colours，yellow，green，orange and purple.

 Floors 9-31：Apartments （房间） and"sky farms" are here.The farm will grow fruits and vegetables.

 Floors 3-6：There is space for electric cars.

 Floor 2：Offices are here.

 Floor 1：There are offices，a lobby（大厅） and a restaurant.

 Basement （地下室）：It is for parking.

 The whole building is covered with 30，000 plants and trees.They will take in carbon dioxide （二氧化碳） from the air and turn it into oxygen （氧气）.

 Inside the building

 It looks crowded from the outside of the building.In fact，it is wide inside.We can live in the building comfortably.

 This is my colour flip book. I like yellow, red and blue. Bananas are yellow and apples are red. Blue can say" Use again!" Yellow can say" Be careful!" How about red? Red can say" No!" Colour s are useful. I can see colors here and there.

Health is more important than money and wisdom（智慧）. Good health helps us enjoy our life and get what we need. How can we stay healthy? Here is some helpful advice（建议）. 

1. Eat more vegetables and fruit. They are full of vitamins（维生素）. And they can help us keep healthy and young. 

2. Keep a balanced diet and good eating habits. Eat less food with lots of sugar and fat. Eat lots of food high in protein（蛋白质）. 

3. Exercise every day. Doing sport can make our bodies strong.

4. Learn to relax ourselves. Being too tired all the time may make us get sick easily. 

5. Give up bad habits, such as drinking and smoking. 

In a word, if we do in this way, we'll live a healthy life and get fit.
