Today I go shopping with my sister. We take the No. 102 bus first. About thirty minutes later, we get off at the bank. My sister takes some money here. Then we go to the supermarket. The supermarket is next to the bank. We buy a lot of things. Then we go to buy some ice cream. My sister buys a nice dress in a clothes store. Then we go to a bookstore to buy some books for my father. How happy we are!

This Saturday is Amy's birthday. Her friends want to have a party for her. Lily wants to eat apples. Mike wants to drink orange juice. Kate wants to eat hamburgers. Kelly wants to drink lemonade. Vivian doesn't like orange juice or lemonade. She wants to drink Coke. They will bring these things to the party. It must be a happy day. 

It's nine o'clock in the evening.My mother and  I are at home. My  mother  is  washing some clothes and I'm watching TV. Where's my father? He's in his school.I think he's at work.He comes back at nine thirty.Look!What's on TV now? Football! An American team and an English team are playing football!The American team are wearing blue sweaters,and the English team are wearing red sweaters.Oh,I like football!

One day, Allan and his friend Henry went swimming in a river. It was very hot. How happy they were in the river! After they got out of the water, they played games in the sun for a while.

On their way back, Henry saw some flowers. He liked flowers very much and ran into the green field to look at them. Now Allan was walking by himself.

Then he heard Henry calling out, "A snake! Help!...."

"What's wrong with you?" asked Allan.

"A snake bit（咬） me in the leg. Come here!"

Allan ran over and saw a small red wound on Henry's leg.

"The snake was in the grass. I didn't see it."

"Sit down quickly!" Allan told Henry.

Allan put his mouth at the little red wound and began to suck at it. In this way he saved Henry's life. "Oh, Allan, it's very kind of you to help me."

"That's all right. We are friends and we must always help each other."

It's important(重要的) for us to be healthy(健康的). But how can we be healthy?

Do you like sports? A lot of people like sports around the world. It can help people keep healthy and be happy. We can play different games in different seasons(季节). In spring, we can ride a bike and fly kites in the park. In summer, we can go swimming. In autumn, people can go hiking(远足). In winter, people can go skiing(滑雪) and go skating.
