The students are having an art lesson at the moment. The teacher asks her students to draw a picture to show their thanks to others. The students draw their pictures carefully, and most of them are about food. But one little boy only draws a hand in his picture. The teacher is surprised(吃惊的) at the boy's picture. Whose hand is it? Nobody knows the answer. So the other students begin to talk about the picture."I think it must be the hand of his mother because she makes him food," says one of the students." It's a farmer's hand," says another(另一个) student." Because farmers plant fruit and vegetables for us." Finally, the teacher asks the little boy whose hand it is.
" It's your hand, Miss Wang. You are so nice to me," the little boy answers," You often take my han d to play games and draw pictures. Your hand is very big and warm. Thank you very much!"
Miss Wang often takes the other students' hands, too. But it is very important to the little boy. That is his thanksgiving(感恩).
Thanksgiving is not a thing or a word. It is a kind of feeling(感受).
