I'm from the UK. At my school, sports can be very relaxing. You don't have to go to a 40-minute class each week. Instead, we get to pick when we want to play sports. Also, there is a great number of sports to choose from, so everyone can find something they enjoy. We can take lessons in swimming, rock climbing, dancing, soccer and badminton.We don't have exams for sports☺ . At my school, we have a few units (单元) about sports and exercise to learn about. During each unit, we practice key skills for the sport. For example, for basketball, we practice passing and shooting. At the end of each unit, we have a test. For tennis, we spend the whole unit passing the ball to each other.
