合理规划时间

Learning to plan(规划) your time can help you study well. Here are some ways for you.

> Plan your day in the morning. For example, Peter needs to read books and wash his clothes on this Saturday. He should do the important(重要的) thing first. He reads books first, and then he washes his clothes.

> Deal with distractions(抗干扰). When you do homework, you should be in a quiet room and stay away from(远离) the TV.

> Make time for rest(休息). No one can study without rest. After studying for 45 minutes, you should have a rest. Congcong likes to play football with his friends when he rests.

Long long ago, schoolbags were boxes made of wood （木头） or bamboo （竹子）. Students carried these "bags" to school.

In the 1970s, schoolbags were yellow cloth （布） bags. Students carried them. Workers and farmers carried them, too. On the schoolbag, there were big words-Serve (服务) the people. This is the memory （记忆） of the times.

Now our schoolbags are backpacks. They are colourful — red, yellow, black...
