The Big Parade

On October 1st in 2019，to celebrate the 70th birthday of the People's Republic of China（中华人民共和国），there was a big parade on Tian'anmen Square.100，000 people and 70 floats（巡游花车） joined the parade.There were workers，farmers，teachers，students，and the Chinese women's volleyball players.I was one of them.As a Young Pioneer（少先队员），I stood on a colourful float with many other primary school students.We waved flowers.We sang and danced.We all wished our motherland a happy birthday and a glorious future（光明的未来）.That was the most exciting day in my life.I will never forget it.I am so proud of my motherland!
