This is a big reason why so many people worry about social media's influence on teenagers. Feeling worried and lonely as a result of looking through your phone is quite normal, even if it is unhealthy.

Quite a lot of people post their pictures or videos on social media. Most of them share the best parts of their lives. You must keep in mind that they do so to share good feelings with others. It's hard to find people sharing their bad moments, like feeling stressed about their home life or shame after failing a test.

If seeing these videos and photos still causes bad feelings, stop connecting for a while. Do something that makes you pleased and relaxed. Try to read or spend some time with your family. You don't need to impress anyone else.

What you need:

2 cups cookies 1/2 cup butter

2 spoons sugar 1/3 cup corn syrup (糖浆)

1/2 spoon cheese l cup powdered sugar (糖粉)

2/5 spoon chocolate powder

What you do:

Step 1 Mix together the cookies, sugar, cheese and chocolate powder in a bowl.

Step 2 Add the butter and corn syrup. Mix well.

Step 3 Roll (卷起) the mixture into balls. Place them on a large plate covered with wax paper. Leave the plate in the fridge for an hour.

Step 4 Take butter balls out of the fridge. Put powdered sugar in a small bowl. Roll each ball in the powdered sugar until it is covered.
