Hello, my name is James. I am a pupil. I'm eleven years old. I'm not tall but strong. I have a new classroom. It's big and nice. There are twelve girls and fifteen boys in my classroom. In the classroom, you can see two blackboards, a teacher's desk, a computer, many desks and chairs. The computer is on the teacher's desk. It's black. Where is my desk? Oh, it's over there. It's near the door. My name is on the desk. 

This term I have a new Chinese teacher, too. She's Miss Green. She's tall and thin. She is very friendly. She has long hair. She often plays with us after class. We all like her very much. 

Summer's dream

I am Jiamin. December18th is my birthday, so it is my favourite day. I am very happy on that day. I eat eggs and noodles for breakfast. My friends come to my home and play with me. We sing songs and dance together. Someone plays the piano and someone plays the guitar. My parents cook delicious food for lunch. We can have fish, meat and vegetables for the main course and a sweet chocolate cake for dessert. After lunch, my friends and I play outdoors. After dinner, my parents and I watch TV. Then I go to bed at nine thirty. I don't do my homework on that day. I am very tired but happy on my birthday.

It's a sunny day. Alice and her new friends are on Guanguang Road. They pass (经过) Kaiming Park. There are some seesaws and slides in it. They play there for a long time. Then they go to Wanda Plaza (万达广场). There is a cinema, a supermarket, many shops, and lots of restaurants in it. They buy some drinks and books there. After that, they cross (穿过) Guangming Street and walk to Alice's home. Beside her home, there is a big restaurant. They have lunch there together.
