How do you feel when there is a test tomorrow? What do you usually do before a test?

There are four students, they plays all day even though(尽管) they know they will have a test the next day. The next morning, they come up with an idea.

Each student puts some dirt(土) on their faces and hands, and then they go to the teacher's office. "Dear sir, we have a flat tire(轮胎) on the way to school, we push the car back to school all the morning, so we miss the test." They says.

The teacher looks at them for some seconds and says that they can take the test after three days.

On the day of the test, the teacher puts them in four rooms. They are so happy because they have three days to study for the test. However, as they get the paper, they find there are only two questions:

1) What's your name? (1 Point)

2) Which tire is flat? (99 Points)

Their faces get red because of their lies(谎言). Now it's not hard to see how shameful they all feel.

Zac and I were always best friends. We both started playing football from an early age. Zac was bigger than me and it was difficult to score a goal when he was in front of me. I was faster, though. Once I got past him, he couldn't catch me.

There were two under-17 teams. The first team was the Springtown Stars. They played the most important games. The other was the Springtown Asteroids. They were also a good team but not as good as the Stars. Zac and I were proud to be in the Stars!

It was time for the coach to name the team for the season. Zac's name was called out but mine wasn't. I went to check the list on the board. I could hardly believe my eyes! How could the coach make such a mistake? I was as good as Zac. What pain I felt! I lost my place in the Stars. After that, I had to practise with the Asteroids but I didn't enjoy it. I played so well, yet no one understood this. I began to despise (鄙视) Zac and the coach. However, one Saturday, I watched the Stars play against another team. I thought they wouldn't play well without me, but I was wrong. I began to see that they had great teamwork and skills. Zac was especially good. He had worked harder than me and was much better now. Perhaps I was not as good as I had thought. As he left the field, I gave him a big high five, "Zac, you are great! I will be back to the Stars next season."

Nick is a 14-year-old schoolboy.  His  life  is  full  of exams  and  studies  on weekdays. He    has little free time.    He thinks playing computer games is the best way to relax. When he has free time, he sits in front of the computer. Just like that, he doesn't eat or drink for several(几个) hours.

Last weekend,he played games in front of the computer again.He was too excited and didn't want to move. He didn't have anything for six hours. When he had to go to the bathroom,he found he could not move. He was taken to the hospital. The doctor told him he should do some different kinds of activities. In other words,he needs more exercise to have a healthy body.

After coming back from the hospital, Nick follows the doctor's advice(建议).He often plays soccer with his friends. Sometimes he still plays computer games on weekends,but he never does it for long. Now, he lives a happy and healthy life.
