I like riding my bike in the UK. I can get anywhere on my bike in Cambridge. It's really fun. But riding a bike in the UK is different from that in China.
First, you have to ride on the left of the road. In China, you ride on the right. When I go to the UK for the first time, I ride on the right of the road. Cars run fast by me. It is terrible(可怕的).
Second, the UK bikes have lights on them. They have a white light at the front and a red one at the back. You can use them at night and early in the morning.
Third, in China, bikes usually have a stand (支架). But you can't find them on most of the UK bikes. Why? You can't leave your bike where you want. You have to put it in a bike park. It's a good idea.

Do you feel down more often during the winter months? {#blank#}1{#/blank#} so, you might have winter depression. It's also known to doctors as seasonal affective disoder(SAD, 季节性情绪失调).
SAD usually starts in fall or winter and {#blank#}2{#/blank#} in spring or early summer. As the weather gets colder and the days get {#blank#}3{#/blank#}, you feel more tired, sleepy and even hopeless from time to time.
However, we still don't know the {#blank#}4{#/blank#} for SAD. Some scientists think that hormone(荷尔蒙) changes can cause this kind of problem. During winter, it {#blank#}5{#/blank#} dark outside for much of the day. This causes the brain to make more melatonin(褪黑素). This hormone makes you feel sleepy and less {#blank#}6{#/blank#}.
Getting more sunlight is the {#blank#}7{#/blank#} way to deal with SAD. Doctors say people should spend at least some time {#blank#}8{#/blank#} every day during the winter.
