In 2012, I had just become better from a serious illness when I received an invitation to a writer's conference in Orlando, Florida. My family suggested that a h{#blank#}1{#/blank#}might be just what the doctor orders, so off I went.

    I was rather t{#blank#}2{#/blank#}, arriving in the Sunshine State, but I managed to catch a taxi to my hotel and settle in. The next morning, I took another taxi to the shopping centre to buy a few gifts. Later I went to a café to have lunch, but all the tables were full of people.
